As a successful entrepreneur, Bob co-founded the magazine, Design4Emergence, Panarchy, the world’s first Network Design Laboratory, and Reslient1, a company that offers products and services for personal, team and organizational resilience.
A 14-year veteran of Dell Technologies, Bob served as executive in Dell’s Public Sector Division, a $9B division focused on serving education, government, and healthcare customers. In this role, he led the marketing strategy and marketing communication teams’ direct marketing efforts, including business planning, developing market expertise, database marketing, and building programs that increased Dell’s value proposition and enhanced customer relationships. Bob’s team was nationally recognized as providing best-in-class strategies for creating customer relationships while driving industry-leading ROI.
